We are a democratic and open contact improv community (forening) based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our goal is to create a space where we can move, play and dance as we like.
You’re new to contact improv or dancing in general?
Every jam here is an introduction, feel free to ask questions and the more experienced ones will be glad to answer and help. You’ll not be expected to be able to do crazy dance moves or acrobatic stunts, just be your body as it is today. We welcome all sorts of movement styles.
